We use the TPR method — Total Physical Response — where gestures, facial expressions, visuals, and modeled speech through imitation enable full comprehension without using Polish. The programs for the three languages — English, Spanish, and German — are based on the respected CLIL approach (Content and Language Integrated Learning). This allows the child to acquire the language naturally while focusing on interesting topics from various fields and gaining knowledge about the world.
Children quickly become comfortable with lessons conducted entirely in the foreign language after just a few sessions with the teacher, and over time, they switch to thinking in English, Spanish, or German. This approach delivers results and leads to building language skills at the native speaker level!
Linguists agree that language is communication, and that should be the primary focus. When we say someone is great at Spanish, we usually don’t mean a person who knows many words, but someone who can convey their intentions and understand the interlocutor in everyday situations. The English phrase “he can speak a language” captures this better — knowing a language primarily means being able to speak it. Language cannot be learned like dates and names; communication skills can only be acquired by practicing communication. This principle guided us in creating the Ditto Kids courses.

The ability to write develops over time and begins to grow alongside other skills, but the foundation is understanding the message and the ability to engage in dialogue. The same applies to a foreign language — the child repeats simple phrases by imitating the teacher and answers questions, involuntarily learning the rules.
